Dr. Ali Ben Khalil is a healthcare data analyst and health informatics specialist with multidisciplinary experience across analytics, informatics, clinical research, laboratory science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and scientific research.
He holds a Doctor of Health Informatics from Rutgers University and a Master of Health Sciences from Quinnipiac University, supported by an earlier foundation in Medical Laboratory Sciences from the University of Tripoli.
His work focuses on converting complex healthcare information into reliable evidence through disciplined data preparation, transparent methodology, appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques, and responsible interpretation. His perspective connects clinical meaning, data standards, analytical rigor, and the operational needs of decision makers.
HEDIAX is based in Naugatuck, Connecticut, United States, and supports both U.S. and international organizations, including organizations in the Middle East and North Africa, with bilingual English and Arabic communication.
